Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Tamlyn Tarot. By accessing or using our voice tarot reading service at https://tarot.tamlyno.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
Service Description
What We Provide
- AI-powered voice agent (Tamlyn) for interactive tarot readings
- 10 different spread types (three-card, Celtic cross, etc.)
- Pattern analysis and intuitive interpretations
- Reading history and transcript storage
Subscription Tiers
- Free Tier: 3 readings per month
- Pro Tier: 20 readings per month ($12.99/month)
- Premium Tier: Unlimited readings ($29.99/month)
What We Are Not
Tarot readings are for entertainment and spiritual guidance only.
- Not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice
- Not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment
- Not fortune-telling or prediction services
- No guarantees about accuracy or outcomes
User Obligations
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
Payment Terms
Subscription Billing
- Charged monthly on subscription start date
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled
- Payments processed through Stripe, Inc.
Cancellation
- Cancel anytime through account settings
- Access continues until end of current billing period
- No refunds for unused time in current period
Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds for partial months or unused readings, except for:
- Service outage exceeding 24 hours (prorated credit)
- Billing errors (correction or refund)
- Discretionary refunds at our sole discretion

You acknowledge and agree that:
- Readings are not professional advice
- We make no guarantees about accuracy
- You are responsible for your own decisions
- We are not liable for actions taken based on readings
Service "As Is"
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAMLYN TAROT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Business interruption
- Personal injury or property damage
Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abusive conduct
- At our discretion with or without notice
